At Saraswati Academy, all admission and fee payments made to the school are considered final.

Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

No refund will be granted in the event of admission withdrawal, discontinuation of studies, transfer to another institution, or non-attendance after admission.

The refund policy shall apply irrespective of whether the admission is taken at the beginning of the academic session or at any later stage during the session.

Parents/guardians are advised to carefully review all admission-related information before completing the admission process and fee payment.

The decision of the school management regarding fee and refund matters shall be final and binding.
